My vocation was executive chef, however after moving from Conn. to Baltimore, I fell in love with the architecture and purchased multiple properties while in college building a portfolio of 50 units. I was the largest buyer of tax liens in the state of Maryland and have bought, sold, renovated over 300 properties. Along the way, I developed apartment buildings, hotels and historic structures in Baltimore City.
